FYI I finally got a response to my repeated emails to eadeals.com -

"Due to the overwhelming response to the MX-1000 remote control, it has been next to impossible to keep enough in stock to ship orders as fast as they are coming in. We have never had a product hit the market like this before.

I am writing to let you know that your order was shipped TODAY and we will email you with the UPS Tracking number shortly.

Thanks again for your order and your patience for this short delay."

I'm glad they contacted me, but their claim about being in stock is questionable. In addition, in another thread they claim to ship UPS same day - I ordered the remote on 11/1 and received the email this morning 11/10.

I'll follow up when the remote actually arrives...
