Regular Sony DVD codes work all of the functions EXCEPT power (on/off) and reset. Once you program the remote, turn the PS2 on by hand and all the other functions will be there. This is true regardless of whether you're using an older PS2 wih the 'add-on' IR receiver or the new slim PS2 with built-in IR. I haven't found anyone that knows a code to also operate the power and reset functions.
