Regarding the lack of a FAV button: I believe the 950 has the capability to return to the previous device page. This is actually more powerful than a FAV function, because it allows you to invoke, say, surround modes page and then return to the device you invoked it from. For anyone unfamiliar with the RTI remotes (which the 950 seems patterned after), this method does require some rethinking, as the previous MX models (except the 3000) lacked this capability, but it always seemed to me that FAV was a kludgey way to compensate.
