Have you checked for RF interference? While the MRF is set to the "0" address, look at the MRF's Status light to see if it is lighting up or flickering when you are not pressing buttons. If that is the case, then you need to place the MRF in a different spot or remove the antenna to reduce/elimiate the interference.
