I sent an email to tech support, but thought I would post my question here as well. I am programming a new MX-500. Turns out that neither of the the two Denon CD codes in the table in the appendix support my Denon DCM-460 CD changer. Ok, I thought, I'll just use the learn function and teach it the commands from the original remote. Even though the MX-500 acknowledges the commands and displays "Good," none of them work after exiting the learn function. I have read the manual and feel I am programming the remote correctly. Am I missing something? If I can't teach the MX-500 the most basic commands for my CD changer, then I will return it and look for something else.
