I assure you that the reason we want the remote control that created the problem is so that we can resolve the learning issue. I apologize for our technical support people if that was not clear in their responses. Sometimes, since engineering fixes can take time, our technical support staff may feel "powerless" to promise fixes. In this case, I can assure you that we will follow up and solve the issue. If anyone has had a similar experience with another remote, I would like them to call or email me to discuss.
