The Mx-3000 & associated software is the joke of the touch screen world. To me it looks like a case of a company run by exectutives (who probally dont come from the electronics industry) who push out the new products at the cost of selling products that have not properly been thought out and tested!
I guess im in rant mode becuase of how many random examples we see (in post form) that this product is just not properly QC'ed...tested...thought out.
*remote lockes up *wont wake up from sleep *updates cause significant problems with no rollback feature *return rate must be astronomical
Im sure we will see the usual responses from URC in this post...with the standard excuses for all the problems. Ohh im sure they are sooo excited about the release of their new Mx-900......It will get all the attention in the world while people like me are making all hours service calls to fix issues with the existing products they sell.
