I ended up abandoning this altogehter....Ended up replacing with xantech IR system. This makes several times I have not been successful with these (mrf-300's). I never seem to have these issues except with things that recreate the IR, like "insert mrf here" and the Ipronto 802.11 box. It seems when IR is just passed and not generated stuff works great...customer quite pissed I might add...teach me to go out on a limb with new stuff.
