Power pole issues do come up. I'm a ham radio operator, and transformer problems or insulator problems on poles can cause radio frequency interference for hams. You can call the utility company out if you can sniff the problem and show them that it's really an issue.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
