It sounds like a problem I had with a dish D10-150 receiver a while back. I had one thrown into a system by a client and I could not get the thing to respond to IR or RF. It sounds like the same deal.. when you get into the menu or guide, does it sometimes skip several times while pushing the up or down button once? Are the numeric buttons not responding reliably? I tried every trick I know of and even spent time with URC tech support, but we could not come up with a solution short of getting a different sat receiver. It seems that something about the way the remote learns the codes from this particular brand of unit. I don't really have any helpful advise from this point on...Sorry :(
