What does this mean? You don't think a customer should be able to adjust the sound or LCD of their own remote??

I don't want to have to run out to their house to lower the volume of the beep on their remote. There isn't any way to change the programming from this menu. It's not like they can change macros or anything of any consequence from this menu.

Also, they can go to the website and get the software and change anything they want.

I applaud URC for making these simple personal preferences a customer accessible option.
