Our warranty service is very good. If you have a problem with your hardware, simply call our technical support department and explain that you have a defective remote control. A working MX-900 fires a command every time you press a button.
A broken or defective MX-900 does not.
Call tech support for warranty replacement. All you need is a serial number...
