thanks for the advice but I'm still having a problem. i held the source button and the urc button but it doesn't seem to save the command until i release the urc button. i kept the source button pressed the whole time but then it doesn't seem to matter whether i've held the urc button for 1 second or 60 it still just records the volume change once.
