Thank you everyone I actually have it working now. I guess I really should have followed instructions closer. with Johnsfine suggestion the first time around I didnt create a new device - I just changed it to Dishnet #7 and it didnt work. I thought I would do what he said literally, which was to create a new device and use #7 from the dishnet ir database. That worked perfectly.
