I think you misunderstood Dave's question and thus gave him a wrong answer.

If you didn't misunderstand my question as well, then my copy of the IR Database is too old to exactly match what you've done so far. But I probably can help anyway.

In the MX editor, I created a new device, then selected "IR Database", then selected "IR Data fom" SAT, then selected "DISH NETWORK", then selected ID #7 (which is identified as code number 187), then saved. I'll try to find time later to test the signals that generates, but I expect they are the ones you want. Dish is pretty consistent across models.

If that isn't what you wanted, please give a bit more detail on what you've done and what you want to do.
