The reason for clearing the Home Theater Key is that the programming does not work correctly. I assigned Audio to my A/V Receiver but when I press the volume up button the TV volume goes up, when I press the volume down button the A/V Receiver volume goes down. It does not use the same device to control volume up and down.

I have tried re-programming the remote SEVERAL times and keep getting the same messed up results.
