I have a MX-500 and am using on my boat. Standard TV and DVD player but the audio is a Clarion car audio unit. I need to press and hold the clarion power button when powering off the system. The power button also controls the input... AUX, CD, TUNER, etc. Press once when it's on and it will move to a new input, press and hold the power button and it turns it off.

I set up macro to power everything on and it works fine but when I use it to power everything off the clarion just switches to Tuner. I've tried holding the power button for the clarion when setting up the macro but it just won't work.

Is there a trick or should I rip it out and put in a home system? :-)
