I'm also having some issues with my MX500 and a Philips LCD. After learning the arrow keys from the OEM remote, the TV does not seem to respond well to the MX500's commands. There is usually a delay when pressing up or down and sometimes multiple presses are ignored. The TV is a Philips 42PFL7432D.
