Sorry, I tried to pull up that TV in a couple of my remote editors databases. Hisense is not even listed as a brand. I was hoping to find a discrete command for lock or a service menu command. No luck. How old is the TV and where was it purchased?
What brand code did you enter into the RCA to control the Hisense?
