I am having serious issues...I have the UR4-EXPG CHD2 remote. I did all the steps -Holding SELECT and MUTE - Light stays on for 20 seconds to enter 3-digit code - Tried all the codes for a Panasonic TV. It will only let me use the remote to change channels and powering off the cable box. I have contacted customer service for Charter and they couldn't even help me. I have been at this for a time now and haven't got very far. Does anyone have the codes for the Panasonic TV. Also have any hints on what I maybe doing wrong? Seems none of the codes works. I am in great need of help. Last option is going down to the Charter offices and see what they say. My thoughts are, it maybe the tv responder that isn't working. Let me know what you guys think.
