I live in Chicago and have been watching the free preview of our local channels for the last few days. I have noticed that the picture frequently freezes on all the local channels and the CBS broadcast has background static in the sound. All of my other DirecTV channels are fine.

Anyone else having this problem? Is this just DirecTV working out the bugs? I'm not going to pay $5.99 a month for worse reception than I can get with an antenna.
