I thought about switching them, but the Sony is still loud enough to be annoying. Additionally, I think the Sony is a better model and it is wired in a cabinet to my whole system--
I'm thinking of just plugging the Phillips into an X-10 appliance module and cutting the power that way!
I hope some one has a better solution
