I have a Motorola 2224 catv box from Adelphia cable. Does anyone know of a way to turn off the 'flip bar' that comes up when channel surfing? On the 'setup menu' one can adjust where the bar comes up (top or bottom) and how long it stays on (3 sec. - ? several secs.), but no way not to have it come up at all.
