There is no off-air TiVo yet, and I'm sure if there were one it would use a phone line for the guide (it would NOT use the one broadcast by individual stations - even my Sony off-air unit doesn't use those).

Now, if you're just using TiVo as a generic term for DVR, then there's only two off-air units to start with... the Sony I mention and an LG, and both of those use the TVGOS data service and ignore individual station guides (there really is no good implementation yet of individual station guides into a big fully functional guide - my older Samsung would take forever gathering information *each* *time* and of course not all stations are broadcasting).

And so far nothing has rotor control.
