I have been looking at DVD recorders vs TIVo and or PC based HD recorders.
I happened to be at Sears last night and saw a Generic non brand name DVD recorder that said it had a built in TV Guide. If I recall correctly it said it does not need telephone or cable hook up for the TV Guide feature.
Does anyone know what this TV guide feature is ? The pic on the Box looked like a typical TV Gude menu selection screen.
