The URC MX-850 can be programmed to work all of these components from its database, or if necessary you can learn the commands. The 55819 is not in their database at the moment, but the 55815 is, and it has PIP, PIP+, and PIP- commands. I don't see IO, and I don't know what that means, but if it is a button on the remote, you can teach it to the 850.

Also, you can probably set up the 850 so the main page will just have three commands: DVD, Cable, and OFF. Pushing DVD will turn on the TV, turn on the Pioneer, select the proper TV input, select the proper Pioneer input, and then switch the 850 to the control screen for the DVD. Pushing Cable does a similar thing. Pushing OFF turns it all off. With most of the command sets in their database, you NEVER have to go to a page that allows you to turn things on, then turn them on, then go back and do anything. You can automate the whole process.
