That is series one Dtivo remote, it may not have all the tv codes as series two, but you enter them the same way.
1. press and hold TV POWER & DTV key, until the light remains lit.
2. enter the 4 digit code, if the light blinks 3 times the code was accepted.
You can find the codes in the MENU of the Tivo.
