Interesting, it seems to be showing you the "real" broadcast channel, such as 78, 82, 84 etc, but then it renumbers the subchannel so that instead of getting 78.50, 78.51, 78.52 as I believe that Rogers uses internally, you get 78.001, 78.002, 78.003. It also seems to change all subchannels - from 1 digit to 4 digits - to a consistant 3 digits.
It *almost* seems to be renumbering in order of the original subchannel, but there's a few anomalies in there...
