Digital Home Canada CBC-HD Official Thread. The biggest problem is not so much the transmit power, but that the transmitter is currently on top of the CBC building east of downtown and Mt. Royal is blocking the signal. They are planning on moving the transmitter to the top of Mt. Royal but are having problems.
