got an sd hbf hughes directv receiver (2) and
2 urc 9910 one for all remotes. need to associate
one remote with one reciever. one for all support
told me to change the receiver address but directv
support couldn't tell me how to change the receiver
address. can you tell me how to change the receiver
address to uniquely associate it with a one for
all remote?

From the manual:

1. From the MAIN MENU, highlight the SYSTEM SETUP menu tab. Press SELECT
2. Highlight REMOTE menu tab to acess Remote Control Settings
3. Highlight the REMOTE ID menu button
4. Press and hold the remote control SAT button
5. Press and release the MUTE button
6. Release the SAT button. It should remain lit. If it does not, repeat steps 4-6
7. Enter desired numder(001-008)
8. Press the SAT button to lock in the code
9. Point the remote control at the receiver. Press SELECT

The number to the right of the highlighted REMOTE ID menu button will change to the new ciode. Check that the ID has been successfully set by testing the remote control to see that it controls the Satellite receiver.
