WNED needs to increase their bitrate if they want to switch back 1080i.Most of the time they've had one of the most pixelated pictures and disgusting bitrates in the area.Even 720p gets barely enough now (~5mbit under) :( Don't think that new encoder will make a lot of difference with such horrid waste of sub bw.
