Gee, I had just the opposite experience from them. I ordered a Pronto with base on Friday the 14th, I did pay extra for overnight shipping. UPS doesn't deliver on Sat. and Mon the 17th was a Holiday, but the Pronto did arrive at my house on Tues. , or at least UPS stopped by. I had to be there to sign for it. I signed the post-it note and UPS delivered the next day to my niegbor. If it weren't for the weekend and the holiday, I feel I would have gotten it overnight as asked for. I can't complain about the service at all. And it's not a bad price also!!!
