I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with them. I walked in last week, since I live about 30 minutes away, took a quick look around and told the person I was looking for a Pronto. He said $315 with the docking station, and I said fine. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

While I was there, I noticed that they had reels of those UPS Blue and Red labels, so they must ship right out of the store. Also, my Pronto came out of a cardboard box very close to the register; it looked like a fresh shipment. Did your's arrive?
