TROY to my knowledge Denon has never sold a vcr. But I can tell you from my experience selling as well as owning there products they are VERY GOOD.I personally have never taken mine to the shop for any reason! Very few were ever brought back for service. The customers were usually T D T O (to dumb to own) Denon I feel is well worth your investment. GOOD LUCK!!!
