This website is selling the Proton PC-1001 (aka the src-2000) touchscreen remote which is essnetially the same as the Ucommand-616 reviewd on this website from Crisp Solutions for $149. Both remotes are made by the same company and packaged by different companies for retail sale. I can not vouch for Proton's level of customer service. Daniel Tonks had very good things to say about Crisp Solutions customer service, but the cheapest I found the Crisp Solution 616 for was $199.
