The processor is probably, (based on the 1 year old figure), an Audio Design Associates SSD-66 (5.1). This processor is the last generation Dolby Digital processor and was replaced a little over a year ago by the ADA Cinema Rhapsody. More information is available at [Link: ada-usa.com] along with the full text of the favorable reviews the piece received. It would be a good idea to get the exact date of manufacture (its printed on the back of all ADA gear), the software Rev., and model number. The SSD66 product line dates back to 1990, and has not always included AC3 capability, digital inputs, or even video switching.
