I love this remote I have about a 2 year old home producer 8 in good shape. Looks like today's model lacking one row of buttons on the top. It is non learning preprogramed for almost everything. You can also send it back to one-for-all and they will program it the way you want. I liked it because it did rf to the base station so I could control the lights and volume anywhere in the house.
