There is just a little information missing (beyond the "custom code" and the function number of each command as you have). Usually I can deduce that information or find it in another thread. But this time I don't know where to look.

If you have any signal in Pronto Hex for this device, all that other info can be decoded from one sample of Pronto Hex (post that here). If you have the original remote, you could learn one (but since those seem to be ordinary codes, not discrete codes, you could learn all of them faster than asking for help).

If you can't get a sample, there are a limited number of possible answers to the missing data, so ask again and someone will give you some codes to try.
