Glack, any 3-wire extension cord will work, and who knows what would be the right length for any given system, or color of receptacle and plate for their ceiling?

I'd just as soon let the buyer choose their own cord and buy the NM cable, old-work boxes, and receptacle, but I'd be happy to supply these items if anyone wishes.
