Thanks for replying. My partner has been my friend for over 20 yrs. He actually knows a bit more than me on the audio side and I have the Networking knowledge that he lacks. I do understand where you are coming from though. Sometimes a partner is a great thing to have when you are doing very well and need a break. On the other hand if you aren't doing so well you have two familys mouths too feed instead of one, and thats besides paying the workers. As for the trust factor, I figure if you don't take a chance you will never know if you could have succeded.
