They seem to have a strange translation rule for hex code group to NEC1 device number. I think that D1 through D6 would be devices
55, 87, 119, 151, 183, and 215
but I don't think in that sequence (D1 might be 55, 87 or 151. D3 might be 119, 183 or 215.)

I don't see enough in that CCF to nail that down.

You can try those device numbers with NEC1 with commands 0 to 31 with MakeHex. With a few good guesses or a lot of testing you should find what you need.
