D1 throught D6 might be the hex numbers of code groups, in which case I know how to translate them for the Pronto's 900A (special NEC1) format or for the MakeHex program to generate clean 0000 format Pronto Hex.
After I put the decode of that CCF file into Excel, it was clear that most of the code groups each use most of the commands 0 to 31, so I assume those are the required 32 different commands. Code group "FB", which is NEC1 device 23, uses commands 208 through 223 for functions named "Bank 1" through "Bank 16", but none of the others use commands over 31.
