This CCF claims to be for a variety of Xantech devices controled by the RC68 remote.

The pdf you linked to references that RC68 remote and seems to indicate that it can generate 3 sets of 32 commands and your DC4 documentation describes the 32 commands and the three sets are three "zones of the DC4".

That CCF has what seems to be much more than three sets. The commands are in NEC1 protocol and the "code groups" seem to be named with two digit hex codes. I understand the correspondence between the two digit hex code and the NEC1 device number, so if you know the hex number for the code group you need, I can give you pronto hex even if it's not in that CCF. I probably can find the pattern of command numbers as well (which 32 out of the possible 256 NEC1 commands they use).
