I have had an MX 300 for almost a year and it is great. I purchased it from a legitimate dealer and paid them for the initial programming. I have become very proficient at programming it myself. I am very disappointed that URC has chosen to not support users like me. It is not fair to ask my dealer for his password nor is it fair to make me pay them to come out and upgrade my software. Anyone have any suggestions?
