I think I must be having a similar problem. I have A PDA on COM1 and I can't get my RAV-2000 to respond to any other port. Do I need a serial to USB adapter, if so, why? Any help on this would be great. I'm a Rep for Yamaha and I need to get up and running with this, so I can educate my dealers. Thanks, Gary
