The DVD+R's that I buy are made by a company called Ritek which is actually one of the best on the market. Ironically I have found that some of the worst on the market are made by the mainstream brands like Maxxel. I have also found that DVD+(plus)R work much better in my recorder then DVD-(Minus)R's. A lot of people are still unaware that there are two different types of DVDR's. The recorder that I use, made by Rite-On has been hacked so that it will record anything, including Macrovision protected copyright material. I absolutely love it. They are easy to find on ebay and reasonably priced.
