I haven't looked in on this forum in a while - sorry for the delay. Yes, one was DOA and the other was "flaky", as I told Bill. Apparently he tested it and it was working fine (during the test). As Bill said, the third one works beautifully, in the same exact setup as the other two that did not work. Using it with the Pronto and couldn't be happier (well, I could be happier if the IR543 covered multiple house codes!).
