Hello, I just bought the CX995V and the Harmony 880. I've managed to load the "csv" file from DVD PROFILER to the Harmony, but when I select the 'media' button it shows the folders and when I select a folder it shows the DVD'S, but when I push the button for a DVD nothing happens. I have done the setup several times with various results, such as; when I push the button for a DVD; it will change chapters, or it will bring up disc explorer, or it will power off, etc. etc..
Does anyone know how I should setup the remote and what items I should change?
I have been at this for seven days now and have run out of ideas.
