Hi,
My X-10 setup is going quite well (mostly thanks to the help & advice from this forum), but I am having one problem. We want to be able to control the outside lights with our keychain remotes (or any RF remote for that matter). The lights in front work fine, but the lights in back are on a circuit run from the garage, which is on a subpanel from our main. I originally thought a phase coupler would do the trick and also considered buying a coupler / signal amplifier, but don't know if this will solve the subpanel problem. Would the coupler/repeater work out to the subpanel? Would it be bad to just put another transceiver (TM751 or RR501) out in the garage to pickup the subpanel? I know I don't want two transceivers to be sending duplicate signals, but is it different w/ a subpanel? Thanks in advance!
