Brian, I could be wrong but I think those video senders only come with 2.4GHz. I haven't seen anything with 900MHz. Also, with 2.4GHz, you have better bandwidth than 900MHz (i.e. better quality). I had one before and it worked fine as long as I don't use microwave oven.
